Banana Porridge Recipe
Breakfast is considered THE meal not to be missed because it is essential to our general well-being. So we have fun with this simple and quick recipe for a delicious healthy and balanced porridge.
Ingredients :
100g rolled oats
25 cl of vegetable milk (of your choice and without added sugar)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 very ripe banana
2 tbsp. honey
2 handfuls of almonds or walnuts, etc.
4 pinches of cinnamon powder
Recipe :
1• In a saucepan, pour the milk, the same amount of water and the oat flakes.
2• Add the chia seeds and cook over very low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
3• Meanwhile, peel then cut the banana into slices.
4• Add half the cinnamon and mix the porridge.
5• Pour the porridge into a bowl and add the bananas, almonds, honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
NB: you can replace the almonds with walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.
