Ingredients :
🌾 100g of oat flakes
🥛 25 cl of plant-based milk (of your choice and without added sugar)
🌱 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
🍌 1 ripe banana
🍯 2 tablespoons of honey
🥜 2 handfuls of almonds or walnuts, etc.
🔸 4 pinches of ground cinnamon
Recipe :
1• In a saucepan, pour the milk, the same amount of water and the oat flakes.
2• Add the chia seeds and cook over very low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
3• Meanwhile, peel and then slice the banana.
4• Add half of the cinnamon and mix the porridge.
5• Pour the porridge into a bowl and add the bananas, almonds, honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Note: you can replace the almonds with walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.
