Our workshop will repair your product and return it to you within 1 week

Note: Each price includes repair at our workshop . Shipping and return costs from our workshop vary depending on your country and will be calculated at the time of your order.

What we take in for repair in our workshop:

We handle the repair of your Jade Roller. Below are the different types of repairs we offer:

Noise reduction system : You have lost or broken the white tips that allow the stones to rotate smoothly on the branches. We will replace the white tip(s) and reattach everything.
Small stone : Following a fall, you broke the small stone located at the bottom of your roller. We will therefore replace this stone and secure everything.
Large stone : Following a fall, you broke the large stone located at the top of your roller. We will therefore replace this stone and secure everything.
Handle : Following a fall, you broke the handle of your roller. We will therefore replace it and secure everything.
Brass branches : If your brass branches have broken or bent due to transport or a fall, making your roller unusable, we will replace them with new ones and secure everything.
