Lymphatic drainage is the system for detoxifying the waste present in the body. It is particularly recommended for sensitive skin, suffering from rosacea or acne-prone.
Lymph is a transparent liquid that circulates throughout the body through a network of small vessels close to the blood system: the lymphatic system.
It does not have a heart like blood to circulate it, hence the importance of activating it and relaunching it through massage. Lymphatic drainage of the face and neck will eliminate toxins and excess fluid. The lymph circulates very slowly, which is why you must practice this massage daily (or 4 times a week depending on the needs of your skin). The lymphatic system is located in the dermis, on the surface of the skin. The massage must therefore be carried out gently.
Lymphatic drainage can be performed manually or using semi-precious stone massage tools such as roller or gua sha which will make the practice easier and beneficial for the skin. For the manual massage, do it dry on clean skin. If you practice it with beauty tools, we advise you to apply an oil or a non-greasy balm (composed of a complex of oils recognized for massage) which will facilitate the sliding of your stones. The massage with the gua sha should be gentle, so make sure it is as flat as possible on your skin.

Anti-wrinkle : the lymphatic massage oxygenates the cells which will produce more collagen. The skin is more supple and plumped up, wrinkles and fine lines are reduced, the oval of the face takes shape.
Firming : Lymphatic massage decongests and firms up congested, swollen or dark circles due to an accumulation of lymphatic fluid in certain areas of the face.
Illuminating : a dull complexion results from a surplus of toxins as well as oxidized cells. Lymphatic drainage will eliminate these toxins and dead cells for a natural healthy glow.
Anti imperfection : regular lymphatic massage will purify the skin and rid it of toxins. It is ideal for calming inflammation and reducing blemishes.
