    Jade Rolleris a story of friendship that began five years ago between Mei and Thibault. She is Chinese and he is French. Passionate about Asian culture, Thibault discovered an old family heirloom at Mei's house: a jade face roller . Fascinated by the stone and the many benefits of this beauty tool, they decided to create Jade Roller.

    We recommend applying your skincare products (serum, cream, oil, etc.) before using the jade face roller and gua sha to promote smoother gliding. Furthermore, these beauty tools will improve the penetration of active ingredients into the skin and boost the effects of your skincare products.

    To meet your needs for skincare products suitable for facial massage, we have developed a range of natural, effective, and non-greasy products in collaboration with formulation experts and facialists. We recommend our Plumping Gel Serum and Regenerating Face Balm , both rich in active ingredients.

    These products are rated “Excellent on Yuka” and are suitable for all skin types, with natural, healthy and safe ingredients.

    According to lithotherapy, each stone has an affinity with your skin type or your current needs; here is our advice for choosing between our different collections:

    💚 Jade : for skin seeking purification, detoxification, and a reduction of imperfections.

    💖 Rose Quartz : helps to even out skin tone (texture and pigmentation), to add glow and to preserve the youthfulness of the skin (prevention and treatment).

    💜 Amethyst : is for skin seeking comfort, soothing, and balance. It calms inflammation and redness.

    Our jade face rollers are suitable for daily use, to relax facial muscles, improve lymphatic circulation, and reduce dark circles. It's a moment of pleasure and a toning and detoxifying skincare treatment. They can also help your skincare products absorb better with a gentle massage.
     
    Our gua sha tools are used 1 to 3 times a week, in addition to our rollers. They provide a deep massage and have a lifting and sculpting effect. It's a more complex technique to master but very effective for firming the facial contours and releasing muscle tension!
     
    You can link the two if you wish, the main thing is that you enjoy this routine.

    Lymphatic drainage involves using massage to drain the lymph. Lymph is a clear fluid that circulates in the body and helps eliminate waste and toxins.

    Unlike blood, which circulates thanks to the heart, lymph has no heart and circulates slowly. Hence the importance of activating and stimulating it through massage using a jade face roller and gua sha.

    To stimulate it, the massage should be performed daily (or at least 4 times a week depending on your skin's needs). Lymphatic drainage will have numerous benefits for the skin: 

    Anti-wrinkle : it oxygenates cells, which then produce collagen (a protein that provides support and structure) for plump skin. A reduction in wrinkles and sagging of the facial contour is noticeable.

    Brightens : A dull complexion results from an excess of toxins and cellular oxidation. Lymphatic drainage will allow the elimination of these toxins and dead cells for a naturally healthy glow.

    Firms : due to an accumulation of lymphatic fluid in the face, the massage will decongest and firm swollen or dark-circled skin.

    Anti-blemish : Regular lymphatic massage purifies the skin and rids it of toxins. This is ideal for blemish-prone or acne-prone skin.

    There's no problem using two different stones. This can be a great way to best meet your needs. For example, you can easily combine our Rose Quartz Roller with the Amethyst Gua Sha.

    The Jade Roller and Gua Sha have immediate effects: they decongest, improve the penetration of skincare products, and enhance blood and lymphatic circulation. They also have long-term effects: they even out skin tone, stimulate collagen production, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

    Depending on your skin's needs and by applying the method we recommend: gestures, frequency, consistency, you should see results.

    During the first few uses, the powerful detoxifying action of our beauty tools may cause some people to experience slight redness. This means your skin is reacting positively to the massage, and this will balance out after a few uses.

    Maintaining your tools

    After each use, a soft microfiber cloth can be used to clean your tools.

    For a thorough cleaning, soak the cloth in a bowl of soapy water (water + cleaner) before wiping the tool. You can then dry it with another dry cloth or let it air dry.

    You can store them wherever you like. However, as they are stone tools, they are fragile. We advise you to store them in a dry place where they won't fall. To prevent this, we have developed vegan cases to store and protect them. Also, make sure they are completely dry before placing them somewhere.

    Regarding crystal healing, from an energetic perspective, maintenance should be tailored to each individual's sensitivity. There are methods of varying complexity. You can use traditional techniques for recharging stones: with light, water, smudging, or a geode. Avoid salt, which demineralizes crystals.

    According to crystal healing, here are a few techniques to use during full moons to purify and recharge your massage tools:

    Water technique :
    – Soak your tools in a bowl of water for 2-3 hours (avoid coarse salt, which demineralizes crystals).
    – Rinse them with clean tap water and then dry them.

    Smudging technique :
    – Pass your tools through the smoke from sage or a Palo Santo stick to purify them.
    – Once your stones are purified, place them in the moonlight overnight near your window.
    – Retrieve them in the early morning, then rinse your tools with clean water and don't forget to dry them.

    Our tools are made of precious stones, making them relatively fragile. They should therefore be handled with care.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer this repair service for gua sha tools as they are entirely carved from stone.

    The jade face roller

    The jade face roller is the name given to a Chinese skincare tool used for millennia. Perfected over the centuries, this facial massager was designed to have a refreshing and soothing effect on the skin.

    Skin preparation: On previously cleansed skin, you can directly massage your face with the jade face roller to prepare and relax your skin before applying your skincare product (serum, oil, cream, etc.). You can also use the jade face roller with a skincare product to improve the penetration of active ingredients into the skin.

    Massage with the roller : use the large stone for large areas (forehead, cheeks, neck, etc.) and the smaller one for delicate areas and hard-to-reach places (around the eyes, around the lips, etc.).

    1. Roll the large stone of the roller all over your face, from the inside out.
    2. Use the small stone on the eye contour with gentler pressure to eliminate dark circles and puffiness
    3. Use the small stone on the outline of your mouth
    4. Finish by massaging the neck and décolletage with downward movements to promote lymphatic drainage and eliminate toxins.

    Tip: For an extra refreshing and decongesting effect, the jade face roller can be kept in the refrigerator.

    Besides improving overall health and skin radiance, the jade face roller offers a multitude of benefits:

    The Jade Roller can be used in conjunction with oils and serums for increased penetration and absorption into the skin.

    Gua sha

    Gua Sha is a deep tissue massage tool used in traditional Chinese medicine for millennia. Crafted from a natural gemstone, this skincare tool enhances the complexion, firms, and lifts facial features.

    The Gua Sha is used one to three times a week for natural skin exfoliation or more depending on your needs.

    Skin preparation: on previously cleansed skin, apply a treatment (balm, oil, cream, etc.) to facilitate the glide of the gua sha and improve the penetration of active ingredients into the skin.

    Massage with gua sha: for the movements, sculpt with the cool stone from the inside out of the face.

    1. Start at the forehead, making movements from the eyebrow arch towards the hairline.
    2. Continue with the cheeks, making movements from the nose to the ear.
    3. For the eye contour, use the Gua Sha gently, starting from the inner corner of the eye towards the temple, applying light pressure as this area is very sensitive.
    4. Sculpt the cheekbones with upward movements using the hollow of the gua sha, following the muscle. 
    5. Continue using the gua sha tool to massage the oval of your face. Start at your chin and move up to your ear. You can finish the movement with small circular motions around your ears to release muscle tension.
    6. Finally, finish with the neck, making movements from bottom to top for a lifting effect, then from top to bottom to complete lymphatic drainage and eliminate toxins.

    During and after the massage, it's perfectly normal for your facial skin to redden. This is due to increased blood circulation, indicating that you performed the gua sha massage correctly. However, be sure to keep the repeated movements relatively gentle to avoid irritating the skin.

    Tip: To enhance facial decongestion, place your gua sha in the refrigerator beforehand.

    Perfected over centuries, Gua Sha has a beautifying and firming effect on the skin. The Gua Sha technique promotes skin cell regeneration by deeply stimulating circulation. To complete the skincare routine, the treatment is combined with a facial massage roller.

    For optimal results, we recommend using the gua sha at least 2 to 3 times a week, depending on your skin's sensitivity. If you feel the need, you can use your gua sha daily; there are no contraindications.

    Our products are stable over time; we actively ensure that the materials used are of the best possible quality. 
     
    Our products frequently undergo rigorous quality controls to maintain consistent quality. 
     
    Our stones undergo no treatment whatsoever, whether chemical, resinous, colorimetric, surface-applied (coatings), etc. The crystalline structure is natural. The stones used are simply cut and polished with water.
     
    We are convinced that our artisans, respecting tradition, produce the finest quality jade face rollers and gua sha. 
     
     
    All our stones are ethically sourced in South America . We had to implement our own processes for selecting the stones (place of extraction, quality, purity, etc.) .
     
    We work hand in hand with our suppliers regarding the origin of the stones (in particular by excluding countries where working conditions are not regulated).

    💚 The Jade Roller / Jade Gua Sha : are made from Indian jade, not to be confused with imperial jade, which is the most expensive variety. Its color can vary from aquamarine to emerald green.

    💖 Rose Quartz Roller / Rose Quartz Gua Sha : are made from rose quartz. This stone has a color ranging from pale pink to deep pink.

    💜 The Amethyst Roller / Amethyst Gua Sha : are made from amethyst stones. Amethyst has a color ranging from light transparent purple to very dark and opaque purple; its colors come from traces of manganese and iron.

    Each stone is unique, so their colors may vary.

    When selecting our manufacturers and raw material suppliers, we are committed to placing people at the center of our choices and strive to continuously improve everything that can be improved.
     
    That's why we've established our own set of requirements, both in terms of human resources and the origin of raw materials.     Facial treatments

    All our formulas have been developed according to the requirements of the COSMOS Organics standard (our products are therefore certifiable). We have currently begun the process of obtaining the label, so it's only a matter of time.

    We have selected non-comedogenic plant oils to create skincare products suitable for all skin types. Furthermore, we have excluded animal waxes (such as beeswax) which tend to clog pores, replacing them with plant-based waxes that protect the skin from external aggressors while allowing it to breathe.

    Yes, for our facial care products we've created a fresh and light 100% natural fragrance with notes of Green Tea, Mate, and Patchouli. Made from a subtle blend of plant essences, it contains no allergens or endocrine disruptors (estrogens, hormone-like substances, etc.). Incorporated in a low concentration, it's suitable for even the most sensitive skin!

    From the date of your order, you have 30 days to return or exchange your product free of charge

    1. Contact us at sav@jade roller .com specifying your order number and the reason for your return.

    2. When returning items, please ensure that the products are in their original packaging and condition, new, unused and accompanied by the order number.

    For orders placed from November 15th to December 21st, you can return your products free of charge up to 45 days after receiving your order, instead of the usual 30 days, by following the standard return procedure.
