📦 CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19): HOME DELIVERIES ARE CONTINUING
Parcel deliveries (France, Europe, and International) are continuing and will be made without requiring a signature to protect the health of our customers and postal workers.
All orders will be processed securely and in accordance with the strict recommendations of the World Health Organization and the Government.

Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, we deliver throughout France via Colissimo within 48 business hours . If you choose express delivery, your package will be entrusted to Chronopost and delivered within 24 business hours pickup point delivery , your package will be available within 3-5 business days at the chosen collection point.
For Europe and Switzerland, you will receive your parcel within 3-6 business days . We also deliver internationally, to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) and the Maghreb region within 7-13 business days .
After payment, you will receive an email within 24 hours to track your order.
– I made a mistake in my order, what should I do? If you encounter any problems or make any errors when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at urgent@jade roller . Orders placed before 10:00 AM (excluding weekends) are usually shipped from our warehouse the same day; otherwise, they are shipped the next business day.
My package arrived open, is that normal? be returned to us and we can send a replacement. Please notify customer service at sav@jade roller .
My product arrived damaged, what should I do? Upon receipt, all damaged products or products not matching the original order can be 100% refunded or exchanged, provided proof is sent. Please contact customer service at sav @jade roller .
– I still haven't received my order, what's going on? In case of problems related to the carrier (longer delays, lost package, etc.) please notify the carrier as well as our customer service at sav@jade roller .com , we will find a solution for you.

We have great confidence in the quality of our products! However, if you are not satisfied with one or more of our products, you have 30 days from your purchase date to get a refund.
Please notify us by email at sav@jade roller .com , we will send you a return label so that you do not have to pay anything.
Please note that products must be in their original packaging and condition, new, unused and accompanied by the order number.
Can I return a damaged product? If your product is damaged or does not match your original order, you can receive a 100% refund or exchange, provided you send proof of the damage and return the item. Please contact us at sav @jade roller , and we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you don't have to pay for return shipping.
– Is there a warranty for your products? All our products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Simply send us an email to sav@jade roller . > the warranty conditions.
– Do you offer extended deadlines during the holidays? For orders placed from November 15th to December 21st, you can return your products free of charge up to 45 days after receiving your order, instead of the usual 30 days, by following the standard return procedure.
In the case of pre-orders
We often face high demand for our products. To address this, we implement pre-orders to guarantee quality products while respecting our production chain.
How does it work?
The principle is simple: you order our products before they're even produced. By pre-ordering, you're essentially launching the production process. This system guarantees you'll receive your products as soon as they're back in stock. Pre-orders do involve a short wait on your part. This is how we can maintain our production chain and offer you unbeatable value for money.
When will my pre-ordered products be shipped?
Your pre-order will be shipped once we have all your products in stock. We will keep you informed at every stage of your pre-order's progress, from production to delivery.
– Can I combine the purchase of pre-ordered products with other in-stock products?
Yes. During checkout, on the order page, you will have two options:
- Group shipping : your entire order will then be shipped when all the products in your order are available.
- Separate shipment (option available only for certain countries) : we will first deliver the products in stock and in a second shipment, the pre-ordered products as soon as they become available.
When will my pre-order be charged?
A pre-order is considered a regular purchase with slightly longer delivery times and will therefore be charged at the time of your purchase. It's a simple and easy way to reserve your product and guarantees you'll be among the first to receive it as soon as it's released.
– My delivery address has changed, what should I do?
You can notify us at any time at urgent@jade roller .com , we will change your delivery address before shipping your pre-order.
