Once the order has been validated, we deliver throughout France with Colissimo in 48 hours on working days . For Belgium and Luxembourg, the deadlines are 2 to 3 working days. By choosing Mondial Relay, your parcel will be available within 3-5 working days in one of our 8,000 partner Relais Points®.
For other European countries, the DOM-TOM and the Maghreb you will receive your package between 3-7 working days. We also deliver internationally in 5-10 working days.
After payment, you will receive an email within 24 hours to track your order.
– I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
In case of problems or input errors during your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com . Parcels are generally sent from our warehouse the same day if the order is placed before 11 a.m. (excluding weekends), otherwise the next working day.
– My package arrived opened, is this normal?
Our shipping boxes are sealed with a label. If upon receipt of the package it is torn, please do not accept it so that it is returned to us and we can send a new package. Please notify customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org .
– My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
Upon receipt, all products damaged or not corresponding to the initial order can be 100% refunded or exchanged subject to sending proof. Please contact customer service at email@example.com .
– I still haven't received my order, what's going on?
In the event of problems related to the carrier (longer delays, loss of package, etc.), please notify the carrier and our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org , we will provide you with a solution.
We have great confidence in the quality of our products! However, if you are not satisfied with one or more of our products, you have 30 days after your date of purchase to get a refund.
Please notify us by email at email@example.com , we will send you a return label so that you do not have to pay anything.
Please note that the products must be in their original packaging and condition, new, unused and accompanied by the order number.
– Can I return a damaged product?
In the event of a damaged product or one that does not correspond to the initial order, it may be 100% refunded or exchanged subject to sending proof and return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org , we will send you a shipping label so you don't have to pay the return postage.
– Do you offer extended lead times during the holidays?
For orders placed from November 15 to December 21, you can return your products to us free of charge up to 45 days after receiving your order, instead of the usual 30 days, by following the classic return procedure.

The principle is simple: you order our products before they are produced. By pre-ordering, you start manufacturing. This system guarantees that you will receive your products as soon as they are returned to stock. Pre-orders involve a bit of a wait on your end. It is thanks to this that we can respect our production chain and offer you a quality-price ratio impossible otherwise.
– When will my pre-order products be shipped?
Your pre-order will be shipped when we have all your products in stock. We will keep you informed at each stage of progress of your pre-order: from its manufacture to its reception.
– Can I combine the purchase of pre-order products with other products in stock?
Yes. During your purchase, on the order page, you will then have two options:
- grouped shipment : your entire order will then be shipped when all the products in your order are available.
- separate shipment : we first deliver the products in stock and in a second shipment, the pre-order products as soon as they become available.
– When will I be charged for my pre-order?
A pre-order is considered a classic purchase with slightly longer delivery times and will therefore be debited at the time of your purchase. It's a simple and easy way to reserve your product and the guarantee of being among the first to receive the product as soon as it is released.
– My delivery address has changed, what should I do?
You can notify us at any time at email@example.com , we will change your delivery address before your pre-order is shipped.
