The gua sha routine
1• The Regenerating Face Balm
Formulated from a selection of organic oils known for massage and their restorative, nourishing and soothing properties, this balm will restore suppleness and elasticity to all skin types, even the most sensitive. It was created with the help of formulation experts and facialists (facial massage practitioner) to be used daily and to combine perfectly with gua sha.
2• The Gua Sha
The gua sha is a semi-precious stone deep massage tool. Formerly used in traditional Chinese medicine, it deeply stimulates blood circulation and promotes lymphatic drainage, allowing skin cells to regenerate. Its shape, specially designed to hug the lines of the face, helps firm and lift the features. Result ? The skin is smoother and the complexion more rosy and luminous. In this routine, it's up to you to choose your stone. According to the lithotherapy, each of the stones has an affinity with your skin type or your needs of the moment, here are our advices to make a choice between our different collections:

3• The kit
After performing your facial massage with the balm and the gua sha, you can store them in the cotton case. Made from OEKO-TEX certified fibers, you can take your routine anywhere!

Complete list of ingredients for the Regenerating Face Balm
For optimal results, perform this ritual at least 2 to 3 times a week on clean, dry skin. For the balm, apply a thin layer in the morning and/or a semi-thick layer in the evening for optimal skin regeneration.
Before application, make sure your skin is clean and dry
Using the wooden spatula, take a small dab of balm and warmit in your hands
Apply evenly all over face and neck
Make the treatment penetrate deeply with your gua sha by following the movements explained on the instructions provided.
During and after the massage, your facial skin may redden. Rest assured, this is completely normal and results from the activation of blood circulation, so your massage is well done. However, repeated movements must remain gentle so as not to irritate the skin.

I really like the contact of the stone on my skin, however I don't like the smell of the balm but it's very personal and that doesn't stop me from using it, I rinse with floral water and I Apply vegetable oil. I highly recommend these products, I am considering purchasing a second amethyst gua sha this time.
